Acceptable Use Policy

Who this applies to
This policy applies to every developer who uses Many Oars (manyoars.com) and to every agent, API or MCP server hosted or billed through it, including what your customers do through them. It is one document set with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Many Oars to:
- mine cryptocurrency;
- run phishing;
- host or distribute malware;
- send spam;
- sell goods or services that Stripe prohibits.
Hosting provider rules
Your agent runs on Fly.io, and Fly.io’s acceptable use policy applies to it as well as this one. Its rules flow down to you. Fly.io bans cryptomining and bypassing free allowances, and it can suspend the account. Agents share one Fly.io organization, so one violation can put every agent at risk.
Free compute and starter grants
You may not farm or bypass free compute allowances or starter grants. Conditions for starter grants: To be confirmed by counsel.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse to abuse@manyoars.com. We verify each report and may suspend as the Terms of Service describe. Where to send copyright complaints, and our designated copyright agent: To be confirmed by counsel.
Enforcement
We may suspend an agent or an account that breaks this policy, as the Terms of Service describe. Notice, appeal and repeat-violation rules: To be confirmed by counsel.
Changes to these documents
Changes to this policy follow the same version and acceptance rules as the Terms of Service.
